Terms of service

SafeCheck 360 — Beta Version. Last updated 27 August 2026.

1. What SafeCheck 360 is

SafeCheck 360 produces deterministic safety guidance from a versioned rulebook: the actions for the job, the proof to keep, and the conditions under which you must stop. Identical answers and rulebook version always produce an identical result.

2. Guidance, not advice

Output is general information, not legal or professional advice, and does not replace a competent person, a site-specific risk assessment or your own judgement. If what you see on site does not match what you told the app, stop and reassess. We are a private product and are not affiliated with the Health and Safety Executive.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the answers you give the check. Organisation owners and managers can see the checks, stop cards and evidence completion of members of their organisation.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. During beta, payments run in test mode and no live charge is taken.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to alter, reverse or misrepresent the rulebook, the integrity chain or any evidence record, and do not use the service to present a check as having been done when it has not.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
