Privacy notice

What we store

• Account details: your email, name, trade and how you work.
• Your checks: the answers you give, the result, the rulebook version and hashes.
• Your proof: the notes and photos you attach to evidence items.
• Your integrity chain: a tamper-evident log of events on your record.
• Billing status if you subscribe (handled by our payment processor, Stripe).

Who can see it

Only you, unless you join an organisation. Owners and managers of your organisation can see your check summaries — date, task, outcome, stop reasons and evidence completion. Your photos and notes stay in your own log unless you share a specific record.

Expert referrals

When you choose to share a stop card with an expert, only your answers, the stop reasons and the rulebook version are shared — never your photos, notes or the rest of your log.

How long we keep it

Safety records are kept for as long as your account is open, so you can show a three-year history to an inspector. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@safecheck360.app and we will respond within one month.
